Five Years of Trans Liberation and Community Power in Orange County

Alianza Translatinx was born five years ago from necessity and unstoppable courage– a small collective of Trans immigrant women daring to imagine a different future for Transgender, Gender Expansive and Intersex (TGI) people in Orange County. From humble beginnings distributing meals during a global crisis, we have grown into a powerful movement: a sanctuary where our community finds safety and joy, a force that has shattered barriers and a beacon of hope that proves what’s possible when TGI people lead.

This five-year impact report is more than a compilation of data and milestones. It is a testament to resilience in the face of adversity, a celebration of victories large and small, and a bold blueprint for the transformative future we are building together.
